Users can receive instant notifications regarding outages in selected municipalities, while submitting any significant requests will require full identification through mobile authentication (OTP).

The app enables efficient online reporting of power failures as well as service requests, ensuring timely action from HEDNO’s teams. Meter readings are integrated into the central metering management system daily.
